Video tours can then be delivered to potential buyers in a multitude of ways:

  • Put on your company's Realty website.
  • Put onto DVD's which can then be cheaply duplicated and handed out at property inspections.
  • Played looped on a screen at your office.

PRICE
Basic Package 1 hour shoot of the entire house. Edited into a 30-60 sec clip with music. Delivered on DVD and internet video file. $250

OPTIONS

 Extra shooting of the house or neigbourhood (parks, shopping centers, schools, etc) +$75p/h
  Shoot and direct the agent to give a video tour of the house. Audio recorded in high quality with professional grade microphones. +$100
  Lighting (Required for stylistic night shots or to add extra production value to day shots) +$100
